  • easy changes on the fly. We had several minor adjustment that they easily adjusted for and worked around us with.

  So much more to say, but we 100% not only recommend them to everyone but we will absolutely be using them again when it’s time to do the downstairs bathroom and any other projects we have coming up. 5/5 stars.

• We hired RAL Construction to finish a large attic space for use as an additional bedroom/office. Having past experience working with various contractors building three houses along the way, I have to say that RAL surpassed all my expectations. Here's how they stand out:

  1. Pricing - Their original price estimate was very competitive and complete. The only add-on was something I requested after the original scope of the project. This wasn't the case with other contractors I have worked with in the past.
  2. Setting expectations - The owner, Bill Limpert, explained not only how long it would take but what each phase of the project would be and when it would be completed. Everything was done in a very timely manner with no gaps in the work. His guys were here every day until completion.
  3. Communication - This one is very important to me. Bill communicated with me daily and explained what was being done that day. Every time I had a question I was able to text or call Bill and get an immediate response. If you've ever worked with a contractor who never gets back to you, you know how important this is.
  4. Workmanship - RAL has a team of skilled tradesmen who don't cut corners and always put in a good day's work. That team is headed up by Jake, a great foreman who not only keeps things moving but responds to any needs the homeowner has.
